Responsibilities:

1. Formulate market research and plan for new products according to the company's development strategy

2. Responisble for product plannning, formula adjustment and optimization, provide technical support for pre-sales and after-sales

3. Formulate work goals and supervise the implementation during research

4. Construct and optimize the quality management system

5. Responsible for R&D budget, management, and team building

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in chemical engineering and polymer materials

2. More than 10 years of R&D experience in the chemical industry

3. Familiar with the production process of the product life cycle and ensure product quality

4. Have influential analytical skills and strategic vision, guiding the development direction of the company's products through market analysis

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the technology research and development management according to the company's development strategy

2. Plan, formulate and implement technical decisions and development strategies

3. Propose and recommend new project development plans

4. Lead the development team, formulate project execution plans, and monitor project progress and quality

5. Set work goals and supervise implementation

6. Provide technical support to customers

7. Optimize the company’s quality management system

8. Establish the R&D budget, planning, inspection and evaluation methods for the R&D management
    

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in chemical engineering, graduate degree is preferred

2. More than 8 years of experience in leading team R&D in the chemical industry

3. Familiar with the production process of the product life cycle and ensure product quality

4. Have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate team members

5. Have influential analytical skills and strategic vision, guiding the development direction of the company's products through market analysis

Responsibilities: 

1. Responsible for the sales of water-based synthetic resin emulsions, adhesives and other chemical products​

2. Responsible to recruit new customers, and be able to work independently

3. Collect and analysis market information and customer needs

4. Regularly submit relevant customer visit reports

5. Responsible for handling customer complaints and payment recovery

​Entry requirements:

1. College degree or above, chemical engineering major is preferred

2. More than three years of sales experience in the water-based synthetic resin emulsion industry

3. Have strong communication and business processing skills

4. Have team spirit
    

Salary:

​Basic salary + sales commission
